Made some wonderful lard and cracklins	January 13, 2021

I bought this bag of ground pork fat before the holidays and finally took the time to render it into lard and cracklins. Everything turned out wonderful. I got quite a lot of lard and I crumbled the cracklins into bacon bits. Delicious in omelets and salads. Thank you so much!
